Winter Break 2016

 Chad and Brian had to work, so Alison and I decided to pack up the kids and head to Montana for a little skiing and a visit with Grammy and Grandpa. Neither Alison or I had ever made the drive to Montana before so we decided to caravan.  The kids were awesome!  We had a really fun time and all of the kids greatly improved their skills on the mountain.  I got to have one ski day with Lauren, one with Blake and the rest of the week we all skied together.  The girls are solidly skiing the blues now and Lauren will shoot straight down the mountain when she's trying to keep up with her brother.
Thank you Grammy and Grandpa for a much needed relaxing week!

All of the kids took a lesson with the world's best ski teacher, Lori.  She brought the girls some flair for their helmets.

Lauren's first trip to the top of the mountain!  We were a fraction of the way to the top when she said "Can we FaceTime Daddy when we get to the car?".  We were missing our 4th and we can wait till next ski season!
